My Story

For over two decades, I've dedicated my life to helping individuals and couples navigate their most challenging moments and discover their greatest strengths. What began as a calling has evolved into a profound privilege, witnessing the transformation that occurs when people find the courage to seek help and commit to their own growth.

My approach to counselling is grounded in evidence-based practices, cultural sensitivity, and genuine empathy. Every person's story is unique and deserves to be heard without judgment. In our sessions, you'll find a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings freely.

Beyond individual practice, I'm passionate about raising the standard of counselling in Nigeria through comprehensive training programs for aspiring and practising counsellors. My goal is to create a ripple effect, helping not just my clients but equipping others to help their communities.

• 30+ Years of Proven Counselling & Educational Leadership Experience

• Senior Guidance Counsellor, Federal Civil Service of Nigeria

• Retired Director, Counselling & Human Development Centre, AFUED
